Le Lab Etat\u2019LIN<\/strong> est un lieu d\u00e9di\u00e9, constitu\u00e9 d\u2019une salle spacieuse avec acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une terrasse ext\u00e9rieure au sein de la pr\u00e9fecture de la r\u00e9gion Pays de la Loire. L\u2019am\u00e9nagement de cette pi\u00e8ce a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 pour pouvoir accueillir les sessions de travail collaboratif. Le mobilier est l\u00e9ger ou sur roulettes, facilement et rapidement modulable. Cette facilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9agencement de la salle permet d\u2019alterner le travail en s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re et le travail en sous-groupe.<\/span><\/p>

Les murs proposent des surfaces neutres pouvant accueillir l\u2019affichage d\u2019id\u00e9es (post-it, tableaux blancs effa\u00e7ables\u2026). Ces murs sont \u00e9galement dot\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019habillage permettant de r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9cho et d\u2019avoir une bonne fluidit\u00e9 des conversations en s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re. Le partage d\u2019information peut se faire via un tr\u00e8s grand \u00e9cran lui-m\u00eame modulable. Les couleurs, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un coin salon, le mobilier, donnent \u00e0 ce lieu une ambiance \u00e0 part. Le design de milieu<\/strong> permet de \u201cfaire un pas de c\u00f4t\u00e9\u201d lors des ateliers collaboratifs et contribue au changement de paradigme.
